This policy explains what data Wigoo collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little.
Who we are
Wigoo provides travel eSIMs through its iPhone app. In this policy, "Wigoo", "we", and "us" refer to the operator of the Wigoo app and this website. You can reach us at support@getwigoo.com.
Data we collect
We collect only what we need to sell and deliver an eSIM:
- Account details. Your name and email address, used to create your account and contact you about orders.
- Order and eSIM details. The plans you buy, the destinations, and the status and data balance of each eSIM.
- Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of the card, never the full card number.
- Basic technical data. Information needed to run the app reliably, such as device type and app version.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use it
- To create your account and let you sign in.
- To process payments and deliver the eSIM you bought.
- To provide support and answer your questions.
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Service providers
We share the minimum necessary with trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Clerk for account sign-in and authentication.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- eSIM Access, our connectivity provider, to issue and manage the eSIM profile.
- Vercel and Neon for hosting and database.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, it is done under safeguards required by applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@getwigoo.com.
Children
Wigoo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
