Is there cell service in Arches and Canyonlands?
Arches has signal at the Visitor Center, Balanced Rock and the top of Delicate Arch, not at The Windows or Devils Garden. Canyonlands has a little at Island in the Sky and none in The Needles.
Patchy in Arches, very little in Canyonlands. In Arches the National Park Service lists signal at the Visitor Center, Balanced Rock, Panorama Point, at Delicate Arch itself, Salt Valley Overlook and the Fiery Furnace Viewpoint, strongest wherever the La Sal Mountains are in view. In Canyonlands there is a little at Island in the Sky and almost nothing in The Needles.

Arches has no public Wi-Fi, and phone charging at the visitor center is not allowed. There are 24-hour pay phones outside the visitor center.

Island in the Sky and Needles visitor centers have public Wi-Fi, with possible outages. The park describes satellite phones as fairly reliable.
