Only at Furnace Creek and Stovepipe Wells, and only slowly. The National Park Service says visitors with certain major carriers can sometimes find slow, limited service there, and that phones usually need to allow roaming, because the towers are run by a third party. Everywhere else in the park, expect nothing.
