Is there cell service in Glacier National Park?
Glacier has calls and texts near West Glacier and Apgar, good signal from St. Mary a few miles up Going-to-the-Sun Road, and none at Logan Pass, Many Glacier or Two Medicine. No cell service at the lodges.
Only at the edges. The National Park Service says there is coverage from West Glacier to Apgar, good enough for calls and texts but not for data, and good signal from St. Mary to about four miles up the Going-to-the-Sun Road. Logan Pass, Many Glacier, Two Medicine, the North Fork and the backcountry have none.

Lodges and Wi-Fi
The park's lodges have no cell service. Overnight guests get free, very limited satellite Wi-Fi in the lobby and front desk areas, and there are pay phones at all lodges. The Apgar and St. Mary visitor centers have limited Wi-Fi.

- Check whether a vehicle reservation is required this season, and save it while you have signal.
- Download offline maps in West Glacier or St. Mary.
- Plan the Many Glacier and Two Medicine days as offline.
