Is there cell service in Sequoia and Kings Canyon?
AT&T near the Sequoia entrance, Verizon at Grant Grove and Lodgepole, and no service at all in Cedar Grove and Mineral King, according to the National Park Service. Free Wi-Fi at two visitor centers.
In a few places, and the park says which carrier. The National Park Service lists AT&T service near the Sequoia park entrance and Verizon service in the Grant Grove and Lodgepole areas. Cedar Grove, Mineral King and the North and South Fork areas have no service at all.

Free, with no password, at the Kings Canyon Visitor Center in Grant Grove and at the Foothills Visitor Center. Wuksachi Lodge, John Muir Lodge and Grant Grove Cabins offer Wi-Fi to guests.
