Around the villages, yes. On the roads between them and in the backcountry, no. The National Park Service lists coverage at Mammoth Hot Springs, Old Faithful, West Thumb and Grant Village, Lake Village and Fishing Bridge, from Canyon Village to Tower Junction, and near the West Entrance. In summer those networks are often overloaded, and the park says texting usually works best.
