At the park entrances, usually yes. Deeper in the canyon and on many trails, no. The National Park Service says service is generally available at the entrances and patchy in the interior, with large areas of no service, and that hikers on many trails will not have any.
Our United States eSIM connects to AT&T and Verizon. The park does not publish a split by carrier; a site for Verizon at the Zion Canyon Visitor Center was approved in 2019, and we could not confirm whether it was built.
