At the main temples, yes. Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom with the Bayon, and Ta Prohm have good service. Towards the outlying temples it gets weaker: on the road to Banteay Srei sources disagree between "usable" and "3G or nothing", and at Beng Mealea and Koh Ker, Metfone has the widest rural coverage while other networks drop out now and then.
