Holafly and Wigoo take different approaches. Holafly sells only unlimited plans on these destinations. Wigoo sells fixed amounts of data plus day passes with a daily allowance. Which is cheaper depends almost entirely on how much you use.

If you use a normal amount of data
Most travellers use maps, messages, some social media and the odd video call. For a two week trip that is typically 5 to 10 GB.

For a week, Wigoo's day pass is cheaper everywhere except Saudi Arabia. For a month, Holafly is cheaper in Japan, Saudi Arabia and the USA, and about the same in Turkey and France.
There is also a difference in what "unlimited" means. Wigoo's day passes give 2 GB a day at full speed, then continue at a reduced speed until the next day. Holafly says its operators may apply a fair use policy that slows speed for no more than a day, and limits sharing your connection to 1 GB a day.

Which one to choose
