Wigoo vs Nomad eSIM: prices and plans compared
Prices for Japan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, France and the USA side by side, including Nomad's sale prices and unlimited plans.
Nomad is one of the cheaper established travel eSIM brands, which makes it an interesting comparison. We put its prices next to Wigoo's for five popular destinations.
All prices are in US dollars, read on nomadesim.com and on Wigoo on 19 September 2026. Some Nomad prices were marked as on sale that day; we show the sale price and the usual price. Check the current price before you buy.
Fixed data plans, 30 days
| Destination | 5 GB Wigoo | 5 GB Nomad | 10 GB Wigoo | 10 GB Nomad | 20 GB Wigoo | 20 GB Nomad |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Japan | $4.99 | $10 | $7.99 | $16 (usually $18) | $12.49 | $23 (usually $26) |
| Turkey | $3.99 | $9 | $5.49 | $13 (usually $15) | $9.99 | $20 |
| Saudi Arabia | $12.49 | $14 | $18.49 | $18 | $29.49 | $31 |
| France | $4.99 | $9 | $7.99 | $14 | $12.49 | $21 |
| USA | $5.99 | $16 | $9.99 | $25 | $21.49 | $36 (usually $38) |
Wigoo is cheaper in almost every case. The exception is Saudi Arabia, where Nomad's 10 GB plan costs $18 against Wigoo's $18.49, practically the same price. Nomad also sells a 50 GB plan for Japan at $35, a size Wigoo does not offer.
Unlimited data
Nomad's unlimited plans in these countries last up to 21 days, and give 2 GB a day at 4G or 5G speed, then 1 Mbps. Wigoo's day passes work the same way, 2 GB a day at full speed, so here the comparison is direct.
| Destination | Wigoo day pass, 7 days | Nomad unlimited, 7 days |
|---|---|---|
| Japan | $20.93 | $25 |
For Japan, the week costs less with Wigoo. For 30 days of unlimited data, Nomad has no plan in these countries, while Wigoo's day pass runs up to 30 days.
