Wigoo vs Ubigi: prices and plans compared
Prices for Japan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, France and the USA side by side, plus unlimited plans, top-ups and rewards.
Ubigi, part of the Transatel group, has been selling travel data for years, on laptops and tablets with a built-in eSIM as well as on phones. We compared its prices with Wigoo's for five popular destinations.
All prices are in US dollars, read on cellulardata.ubigi.com and on Wigoo on 19 September 2026. Ubigi's plan sizes do not always match Wigoo's, so we compare the closest ones. Check the current price before you buy.

- Small plans: in Turkey, 3 GB for 30 days costs $2.49 with Wigoo and $6 with Ubigi. In France, $3.49 with Wigoo and $4 with Ubigi.
- Large plans: Ubigi sells 25 GB where Wigoo sells 20 GB. In France, Ubigi's 25 GB costs $19 and Wigoo's 20 GB costs $12.49. In Turkey, $25 against $9.99.
- Saudi Arabia: 3 GB for 30 days costs $8.49 with Wigoo and $12 with Ubigi.

Ubigi's unlimited plans are cheaper, especially in France. Ubigi says speed drops to 2 Mbps after a usage threshold for the rest of the plan. Wigoo's day passes give 2 GB a day at full speed, then continue at a reduced speed until the next day. We did not find a 30 day unlimited plan from Ubigi for Saudi Arabia.

Which one to choose
- Choose Wigoo for fixed amounts of data, where it costs less almost everywhere, most clearly in Japan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia.
- Choose Ubigi for a month of unlimited data, especially in France, or if you want data on a laptop or tablet with a built-in Ubigi eSIM.
